We collaborate closely with you and your managers to develop customised training modules that are tailored to your specific requirements. We don't communicate pure theoretical knowledge, but first-hand practical know-how.

Management
Participants are taught the fundamentals of modern leadership and basic management skills.

Project management
Participants learn how to understand and use basic project management methods and gain an understanding of project processes and project work, behaviour and communications.

Change management
Participants gain an awareness of the necessity for pro-active change management; action radii are explained and change-oriented working, behaviour and communication are promoted.

Process management
Participants learn why process-oriented mindsets and actions are necessary and how to use basic process evaluation, documentation and implementation methods.

Self and relationship management
Simple methods and behaviour patterns are used to teach participants how to structure their work more efficiently and how to cultivate their relationship network so that it benefits all.

Conflict management

Conflict identification, acceptance and resolution. Participants are confronted with their own and their team's conflict behaviour. Existing negative behaviour patterns are identified and conflict resolution strategies are developed.

Communication

Participants learn the basics of modern corporate and customer communication, plus discussion and negotiation techniques. Their own communication behaviour is analysed and opportunities for improvement are identified.
